About The Pediatric Source
 About the Founder
Hey there! I’m Michelle, a pediatric therapist and the founder of The Pediatric Source. But more importantly, I’m one of you—a therapist navigating the ups and downs of real-world practice.
Like many of us, when I transitioned from grad school to the clinic, I quickly realized there were gaps in my knowledge. Trying to keep up with the latest research while managing a packed caseload felt like an impossible task. I’d spend hours searching online for answers, only to end up feeling more frustrated and overwhelmed.
What changed everything for me was the power of collaboration. The best progress I saw with my clients came when I blended strategies from occupational and physical therapists into my sessions. That’s really what inspired me to create The Pediatric Source. I wanted a place where we could all learn from each other, share our knowledge, and get practical, evidence-based strategies that are easy to apply—so we can focus on what matters most: helping our clients thrive.
And let’s be real—so many of us felt like our training programs didn’t quite prepare us for the complexities we’d face in practice. That’s why I’m so passionate about this community and the resources we share here. We’re in this together, learning and growing every day.
Beyond The Pediatric Source
When I’m not deep into collaboration or creating content for this platform, you can find me pouring my heart into designing resources that make a difference. I love sharing tools and guides that empower therapists, teachers, and parents alike.
